Not Just A piece of Cake

In case you need a bit of cake to accompany your tea,Caitlin Freeman’ s desserts are the best way to please your belly and your eyes at the same time.

Freeman recreates eatable versions of her favorite pieces of Modern Art.


There are two possibilities of biting a bit of Mondrian, Frida Kahlo or maybe a bit of Rothko:either you visit the Blue Bottle Coffee Shop cafe located on top of the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco or you buy her book” Modern Art Desserts” and you try to make one of the 27 art desserts she proposes.
